C-Probe Systems Limited is involved with other parties with the drafting of Guidelines and Standards for the responsible use of corrosion monitoring and prevention techniques for the long-term management of reinforced concrete and masonry structures.

We stress that C-Probe does not earn any revenue from recommending these services. Our involvement can be summarised as follows:

UK

• Member of the Joint Technical Liaison Committee of the Institute of Corrosion and The Concrete Society – this includes the development of BS EN 12696:2000 and its subsequent amended version (due for publication in 2007)

• Staff are full members or TechICorr trained members of the Institute of Corrosion www.icorr.org.uk

• Corporate member of the Corrosion Prevention Association (CPA) – pending www.corrosionprevention.org.uk
